We Reviewed 5 Top Lancôme Face Serums — Here Are Our Thoughts

Whether your goal is to target signs of aging, increase radiance or rejuvenate your overall complexion, Lancôme has a serum to address each skin-care concern. But we know that picking the best product for your skin type can be overwhelming. To help you decide which serum to add to your routine, the Skincare.com editors reviewed their favorite Lancôme face serums. From Advanced Génefique to the Absolue Overnight Bi-Ampuole, they’re sharing their honest thoughts, below.

Lancôme Absolue Overnight Repairing Bi-Ampoule Serum

My skin gets extremely dry the second colder weather hits. To help it stay hydrated, I’ve been leaning on this new Lancôme serum. The two-part formula, made of an oil phase and an essence phase, includes hyaluronic acid, antioxidants and ceramides. All together, they nourish skin with essential moisture, target signs of aging and help to repair the skin’s moisture barrier. I apply this before bed by placing a few drops of product onto my fingers, then patting it onto damp skin and sealing it in with a moisturizer. In the morning, my skin looks and feels nourished, soft and plumped. It’s not only helped keep dryness and flaking at bay, but it’s also given my complexion a bright and radiant glow.

Lancôme Advanced Génifique Face Serum

This anti-aging serum is ideal for people with mature skin or anyone who wants to improve the appearance of dullness or uneven texture. The innovative formula features bifidius prebiotic, which helps repair damage to the skin barrier and can improve skin texture, resiliency, elasticity, firmness, sagginess, fine lines, wrinkles, radiance, clarity and skin tone. After using this serum in my routine, I’m happy to report that my skin appears visibly brighter. It also feels more supple and softer, even in the winter. The serum’s lightweight texture feels incredibly comfortable on my skin and absorbs quickly without any residue. I also love how easy it is to use the self-loading dropper —  it dispenses the perfect amount of product every time.

Lancôme Visionnaire Advanced Skin Corrector

This skin-enhancing serum is ideal for addressing wrinkles, large pores or uneven skin texture, so I couldn’t wait to try it. The first thing I noticed when testing  this serum is its silky, lightweight texture. It felt refreshing when applied to my skin. After just one use, I noticed that my rough skin (namely on my cheeks) felt softer and smoother. I continued to use the product every night over the course of a month and saw that the large pores on my nose looked smaller and the crows feet around my eyes looked less noticeable. It also didn’t irritate my sensitive skin, so it’s a winning serum in my book.

Lancôme Rénergie Lift Multi-Action Reviva-Concentrate

This serum, which is designed to tighten and lift the skin, lives up to its claims. The lightweight formula smoothed the texture of my skin and plumped up the appearance of my fine lines. The best part? I noticed a difference in just one week. It left my typically dry skin feeling hydrated and moisturized, too. (Pro tip: Make sure to bring the product down your neck to address any sagging around the jawline.)

Lancôme Visionnaire Skin Solutions Vitamin C Serum

I struggled to find a vitamin C serum that I loved — until I tried this one from Lancôme. Its formula is enriched with 15% vitamin C, which helps improve skin tone, loss of firmness and dullness. I typically use a few drops on my face every morning, before moisturizer. The product feels fresh and lightweight when applied. After using it for a few weeks, I noticed that my acne scars appeared lighter and my overall complexion looked brighter, more radiant and healthier. It helped my skin regain its glow, so I definitely plan on continuing to use this product.
