  Alanna Martine Kilkeary is a native New Yorker and an assistant managing editor at Skincare.com by L'Oréal. She has had the opportunity to grace the digital pages of Harper's Bazaar, Rolling Stone and Teen Vogue with her words and skills. She runs a literary-infused fashion blog in her free time, her heart belongs to William Shakespeare, and most importantly, she believes that Wes Anderson should serve as art director for the entire universe.

  Alyssa Kaplan is an assistant beauty editor at Skincare.com by L'Oréal. She’s a beauty lover who can always justify splurging on the latest releases, is constantly on a quest to find the best foundation and firmly believes that everyone needs to have a skincare regimen. When she's not creating beauty content, you can find her dreaming about future travel and checking off restaurants on her NYC dining bucket list. Her work has also been featured on Makeup.com, Beauty Magazine and POPSUGAR.

  Ariel Wodarcyk is an associate editor at Skincare.com by L'Oréal. Originally from Northern California, she loves reading in the park, baking cakes for her friends and listening to ‘80s new wave.   Melissa is the Senior Art Director for Skincare.com by L'Oréal, where she leads the digital and creative strategy. For the past ten years, she's been fully immersed in helping fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands find their voice. On her off-duty days, Mel can be found rummaging through thrift stores, painting or finding new brunch spots to eat at.
• Rachel Greene

  Rachel is the senior project manager on Skincare.com by L'Oréal. She manages long-lead projects for the brand, creates process workflows and handles day-to-day technical matters. She also helps out with creative UX/UI needs and development. In her off time, Rachel can be found roaming around with a camera in hand, spending time with her dog, or making travel plans with meticulous itineraries.
• Hannah Packer

  Hannah Packer is the senior visual designer for Skincare.com by L'Oréal, where she concepts and creates content with a goal to inspire others. When she’s not designing, you can find her baking and eating every type of cookie possible, scrolling through her fav IG dog accounts, or taking pictures outside of the beautiful NYC.
• Chaunté Vaughn

  Chaunté Vaughn is the staff photographer for Skincare.com by L'Oreal. Raised in the heart of Las Vegas in a family of artists, Chaunté can often be found scouring vintage stores for jumpsuits and ringer tees. Over the past 10 years her clients have included West Elm, Ann Taylor Loft, Chase Bank, Esquire and various small fashion labels. In her opinion, dancing is usually the answer to everything.

  Sarah Duvivier is the junior designer for Skincare.com by L'Oréal. She is inspired by all things color. Her passion is in creating intriguing works of art, that tell a story, make you smile, or get you asking questions. When she’s not creating content or binge-watching her favorite baking shows, you can find her caring for her plants or learning a new language. She is always down for exploring different cities and trying fun hair looks.

  Becca is the Associate Creative Producer for L'Oreal's Skincare.com. After graduating from college and moving to NYC, Becca accidentally found herself in the world of production and has never looked back. When Becca isn't producing, you can find her playing with the kittens she fosters, reading library books in the park, or roaming the city while listening to true crime podcasts.

  DaMonica is the web producer at Makeup.com and Skincare.com by L’Oréal. When she’s not making sure everything is functioning smoothly online, she’s visiting various art exhibits, trying new restaurants, finding new ways to tell stories, binge-watching her favorite 2000s’ tv shows, and growing her shoe collection, all with a glass of wine in hand.
• Crystal Simone

  Crystal Simone is the junior designer for Skincare.com by L'Oréal. Originally from Long Island, she attended college in Manhattan and instantly fell in love with the city. When she’s not enjoying a matcha at her favorite local coffee shop, you can find her dj'ing at your favorite club. Some of her hobbies include knitting and crocheting, rug making, cooking delicious meals, and making TikToks with her cat.
• Juliana Campisi

  Juliana is the Visual Designer at Makeup.com and Skincare.com by L’Oréal. Previously at PAPER Magazine, she loves experimenting with color, texture, and typography. When she’s not designing, she’s either hunting down the best cup of deli coffee, messing around with clay, or detangling thread from her sewing machine.

She's a lover of all things beauty and fashion, with words about both previously published in Vogue Runway, PAPER Magazine, V Magazine and more.
